What UniverLab is building now, next, later, and what has shipped.
A vintage technical-illustration redesign: one machine per experiment on a navigable bench, /experiments back as the catalogue, a /roadmap page agents can read, TeXForge templates and ghScaff boilerplates listed, and astro-denoise's page and proposal PDF up to date.
One command installs a creation tool in its own pinned environment and runs it for an agent through one --json contract, with skills served on demand. Every asset comes out verified and recorded. v0.1 facets: voice (Kokoro, Whisper), audio (FFmpeg), CAD and text.
Each lab CLI reaches 1.0 once its commands, `--json` output and config are frozen and documented, and that release is archived on Zenodo with a DOI and a citation file, so the site can cite tools by DOI. TeXForge goes first; canopy, past 1.0, just gets its DOI.
The first lab CLI through the 1.0 gate: a frozen, documented command surface, Mermaid, D2 and Graphviz presets restyled to match the new template typography and accent, and projects created by earlier versions that build again or say exactly what to rename.
DemoStage gets the consent-first update command the other CLIs have, an uninstall, and the trunk-based release flow with Trusted Publishing.
The layer above facetMedia that decides what to create and turns tool outputs into reviewed publications for verveSpace and for UniverLab's own channels.
The local-first learning tool itself: a daily pulse of facetMedia's material scheduled by spaced repetition over competencies, and a socratic tutor agents reach over MCP.
Plugins that bring verveSpace into existing LMSs, starting with Moodle, once the core is proven.
Patch from using 3.1 every day: Canopy-coloured dialogs, a New/Resume step in New Session, knowledge you browse as a list, F1 as a dialog reachable from any session, curated header messages, missions that can actually be won, and the re-recorded demo.
